However I have had my details put on all their lists, with details of the type of thing we are looking for. I have attached the brochure for it but like a say they are considering the price down to our budget on a more flexible basis As the response from all Agents suggested that our search area was too narrow, could you guys give me some areas that maybe a little bit further a field that I could add to the search.
Cheers, Luke. Good work there. Not a great shock about the prices. We are basically looking for something out of the ordinary but at least they might bear us in mind if something comes up. The basement looks okay but not sure it would be great for anything much more than office work and they might need to drop the price quite some way to make it worth it. I don't know what other think but I was thinking more workshop than office. Not sure what people think about locations.
I was hoping it would be relativly close as it would mostly be evenings and weekends for me so biking out to the ring road would be less inspiring. Could be something inbetween though if it has good access, bus routes etc. Nick Moriarty. Become a Patron! Join our Slack.
