After repeated calls and voicemails to get status on the diagnosis, a week later and a couple trips to the service department, I finally got the bad news. They told me that 2 cylinders were bad and that I had only 20 lbs, out of lbs, of compression. This type of service would require both sides of my engine to be opened and worked on. A big job. I decided to take my car to Jeff at British Auto Specialists, where they did a diagnosis in 1 day and told me that my engine was fine.
